Customer Accounts


You don't need to have a customer account to simply browse our website. However, in order to provide you with the best online sales service possible, you must register an account with us to purchase goods from our online catalogue.

How do I register an account?

Simple - just click the Register link on the login panel (or anywhere else the link is displayed). You'll be presented with a brief form where you enter your user details (e.g. preferred username, password, name, address, email, etc.). On-screen instructions are given at every stage. Once completed, you'll receive an email confirming your account details.

Once registered, how do I login?

Simply enter your username and password in the login area (top-right of every page) and hit Go. Once logged in, the login area becomes your personal control panel with additional options available to you as a registered member. You can edit your user profile from here and view the status of your orders.

Why do I need to login?

Logging in enables the website to recognise you and retrieve your user profile. This saves you from entering data repeatedly and allows us to give you a better service. For example, when you place an order with us from our online catalogue, you can check the status of your order from your control panel.

When you've finished, click the Logout link to finish your session.
